A waterfront view and modern living was found just blocks from their former town home. The builder’s finishes and details were fine but custom upgrades were desired. A coffered ceiling was designed to provide intimacy and character to the open floor plan. Select custom furnishings, new lighting and numerous custom built-ins were installed within days of closing to the owner’s delight in their new home. The second living space on the large patio was custom furnished and landscaped for the fun firework viewing parties and for simple relaxation with a view of the Potomac River.
